Don't forget to make your own list with your fiance'. After the guest list have been finalized, make sure that all names are spelled correctly and that addresses are current. Let's talk about vendors and their booking order... Wedding vendors are the professionals that you hire for your wedding ceremony and reception. Sometimes these vendors will also help you with pre-wedding events (engagement parties, engagement photos, bridal shower caterer, etc). They are your reference guides, your sounding boards, and are there to look out for your best interests. What that said, let's get started! Priority #1: Planner. Research, interview, and hire your wedding planner Officiant. This is the person who will officiate your ceremony. Contact this person now to make sure that they are available and willing (especially if it is a Pastor, Reverend, Bishop, Priest..due to Church obligations). Photographer.
